We only accept returns or exchanges for products that have manufacturing defects, incorrect sizes, or were shipped incorrectly.

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. No complaints will be entertained after this period.

Once we receive your exchange/return request, our relevant team will assess your order. If eligible, you will be offered an exchange in the form of coupons or gift cards, which can be redeemed online.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, in cases of product unavailability or if you receive a defective item, a voucher or gift card of the same value will be issued by our online team, which can only be used for online purchases.

Order Cancellation/Editing

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process begins. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

RAYA reserves the right to cancel or edit your order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, payment decline, or pricing inaccuracies.
